I swear the only reason Kim Kardashian gets in the news is to be filler. In between the Brad and Angelina engagement, whether or not Jennifer Aniston is pregnant and something else that entertainment reports talk about, in slips Kim with her newest brainiac move.
"I decided I'm going to run for the mayor of Glendale."
Luckily, for the victim town she has chosen, they don't elect their mayor.
Frankly, the only reason she wants to do this is because she mentioned on her sister's show "Khloe & Lamar," is her love for a certain restaurant in Glendale. That and she states her candidacy would be a perfect fit, given that Glendale is "like Armenian town."
And, yes, some Glendale city officials think this might be a good move for the town. Her attendance "would make a great impact on the city." says Councilman Ara Najarian speaking of an upcoming city event. Since there are people who actually care about what she does, it could drive tourism into the town if she was there. They are going so far as to possibly appoint her "honorary chief of staff"
Qualifications, people. City officials need some kind of qualifications. Passion for waste management not where to go shopping for new Jimmy Choos. How to fix the budget not using the money toward building a new something wasteful. Like another mall.
Of course, we all know who California chooses to run the state. It's time to fix the track record, not make it worse.
