Does Katy Perry really want to take Russell Brand back — after rumors that both have been having post-marital dalliances?
The purple-haired pop star is said to miss her former husband — despite having written the bitter ditty "Piece of Me" to blast their ill-fated relationship.
"Katy's been trying to get him back!" a friend of the "Firework" singer tells Us magazine. "She's a lost soul right now."
Allegedly, a trip earlier this month to India, where she married the British comic in a lavish 2010 ceremony, got Katy in a nostalgic mood.
"She'd already been missing Russell," says a source. "Being back there stirred up even more old feelings."
After hearing that song, we find it hard to believe that Katy would change her mind about Russell. And even if she did — it's hard to believe Russell would take her back after hearing that song.
Demi: New Name
Looks like Demi Moore is finally moving on — at least, as far as the Twitterverse is concerned.
In December, shortly after her separation from Ashton Kutcher, the actress initially defended her @mrskutcher moniker to fans asking why she hadn't changed it, declaring — understandably — that it wasn't "a top priority right now."
But after taking a tweet hiatus since January, Demi is back and ready to rechristen herself.
"Time for a change, Twitter name change... any suggestions?" she asked her followers Tuesday.
Uh, is "@DemiMoore" taken?
Jen: Who Cares?
Jennifer Aniston's reaction to the big Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie engagement news has been downgraded from happiness to indifference.
An early report in the Daily Mail put a suspiciously positive spin on her perspective, claiming she was happy for her ex-husband and the woman he left her for because — get this — she would never have met true love Justin Theroux if it weren't for her nemesis Angie. But now a Jen insider declares to E! that the former "Friends" star just doesn't give a flying fig.
"She doesn't care," the friend asserts. "She really doesn't. She's happy with Justin. She'll probably marry him ... she's moved on."
"She's moved on," adds the source. "People don't want to believe it, but she has."
Well, of course we don't want to believe it! Then what would we read about?
