I love it when I'm called upon to do unique projects! Even better? When those projects are for clients who possess inspiring missions to help others! In this case, that person is Kathy Kaehler, a trainer, nutrionist, spokesperson and author. Kathy is one of Los Angeles' most sought after personal trainers and nutritionists to the stars whose celebrity client roster includes Julia Roberts, Cindy Crawford, Jennifer Aniston and Claudia Schiffer, just to name a few. Kathy also manages a successful
website featuring the
Sunday Set-Up Club whose mission is to "change the way America eats one kitchen at a time." Her club gives busy parents tips and techniques to select, prep and store food each Sunday so they can quickly prepare healthy recipes throughout the week. For this particular Sunday Set-Up project that is being featured on KTLA's Hollyscoop show, Kathy partners with Nick Carter, best known as one of the Backstreet Boys, to show him and his girlfriend, Lauren, how to make daily meal prep more efficient to enable healthier lifestyles.
When people hear or say, "interior design," they typically think of new construction or remodeling that requires interior design to transform spaces into comfortable, functional homes. But that's only part of it. Just like this project illustrates, interior designers are a great resource to call on for styling photo shoots and media appearances. I had a great time working with such an esteemed team of professionals and contributing to Kathy's advocacy of healthy living!
