Jennifer Aniston, who bought two West Village apartments about a year ago, has reportedly sold them at a loss of 500,000 dollars to real estate investor Daniel Neidich, according to a source.
Neidich, who runs several private real estate equity funds, got the apartments for a steal because the former 'Friends' star wanted out quickly, according to Streeteasy, the listing didn't even hit the market, the New York Daily News reported.
The 43-year-old bought the two units at 299 W. 12th St. for 7 million dollars and planned to combine them, and possibly even buy a third.
Aniston had earlier said on Australia's 'Kyle and Jackie O Show' that the couple was driven out of New York by the paparazzi.
"We tried New York," she had said.
"It felt like I was a fishbowl, and I felt mortified for my neighbors," she said.
She also admitted that she has been more relaxed since moving into her 8,500-square-foot Bel Air mansion this winter.
She along with beau Justin Theroux bought the mid-century stunner for about 21 million dollars.
