Real estate continues to struggle...... Jennifer Aniston's two condominiums which she bought last year in New York's West Village are worth $7 million but she just sold it for $6.5 million.
According to
reports, Aniston had originally planned to combine the two units--a one-bedroom, 17th floor space, and a one-bedroom penthouse, located at 299 W. 12th Street--into one. Later on she realized the space, "We tried New York. [But] it felt like I was [living] in a fishbowl."
Aniston and her boyfriend Justin Theroux purchased last February a Bel Air, Calif. mansion for $21 million.
