Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux.
Is it "Wanderlust" — or is true love to blame? Though Jennifer Aniston purchased two condominiums in the West Village for $7.01 million just last year, the actress, 43, has already sold her Big Apple digs to a mystery buyer at a loss of over half a million dollars, according to a new report in the New York Post.
Aniston had originally planned to combine the two units — a one-bedroom, 17th floor space, and a one-bedroom penthouse, located at 299 W. 12th Street — into one.

The former "Friends" star, who grew up in NYC, recently opened up about her brief return home — and her decision to get out of town once more.
"We tried New York," Aniston told Australia's "The Kyle and Jackie O" Show March 2. "[But] it felt like I was [living] in a fishbowl."

Though boyfriend Justin Theroux still keeps an apartment in the city, Aniston admitted her new hood "was a little rough with the paparazzi. It didn't feel like the New York I … knew."
In February, the actress and Theroux, 40 — who got close while filming "Wanderlust" in 2010 — purchased a sprawling Bel Air, Calif., mansion for $21 million, and a source tells Us Weekly the couple can't wait to make a home for themselves together.

"It's a massive property with a lot of space and amenities," the insider shares. "It's exciting because it will be a project they can work on [as a couple] … He is so excited about it, and that makes her happy."
