Mark Zuckerberg 28, married his long-time girlfriend Priscilla Chan, 27 on Saturday. The couple invited under 100 friends and family members to celebrate what they thought was Chan's graduation from medical school. When the guests arrived they were in for a romantic surprise!

The President and now First Lady of Facebook managed to keep their privacy, and according to Forbes magazine, the couple didn'tt update their Facebook status to "married" until 10 p.m. on Saturday. The joyful ceremony occurred on a very busy week for the duo.
According to Us Weekly, "It's been a banner week for the couple, as Chan graduated on Monday, the same day Zuckerberg turned 28. Four days later, Facebook went public; the move brought Zuckerberg's wealth to an astounding $19 billion."
According to the couple's spokesperson, the timing was somewhat coincidental: "The wedding had been planned for months and the couple was waiting for Chan to finish medical school, but the date of the IPO was a 'moving target' not known when the wedding was set." During the intimate ceremony, Zuckerberg gave his long-time love a "simple ruby ring" that he designed himself and kept from her until the wedding.
