Stars Ashley Tisdale and Amy Smart were spotted out and about yesterday and took part of the day Friday to pamper themselves. Ashley was seen showing off her long blonde hair as she left a hair salon and Amy looked very fashionable as she left Fred Segal after getting in some retail therapy.
