John Mayer Steps Out After Katy Perry Split

JOHN Mayer is getting on with life following his split from Katy Perry.
The singer-songwriter and notorious ladies’ man hit a Greenwich Village jazz club solo on Wednesday night.
According to reports, Mayer was looking worry-free at the Blue Note and stayed into the early hours of Thursday morning to take in a show by pianist Chick Corea at the famed West Third Street venue.
Reports have said that Mayer and Perry’s split was “mutual” and “extremely amicable,” but sources exclusively told New York Post gossip column Page Six that Perry wasn’t happy when she recently “found text messages on John’s phone from some random girl.”
Mayer’s past girlfriends have included Taylor Swift, Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson.
Mayer and Perry have dated on and off since the summer of 2012, and it has been reported the pair had gotten secretly engaged.
