A Seattle woman by the name of Chantae Gilman has been accused of raping a man. According to the Seattle Police Department, on June 16, 2013, a man whose initials are MO, claimed that he was raped by Gilman. The man told the police at around 2 AM, Gilman who is 5’ 7,” and weighs 240 pounds broke into his apartment as he was sleeping after a hard day’s work.

The victim awoke and found the heavy woman on top of him with his penis inside of her. Gilman had MO’s hands pinned down over his head. The 26-year-old woman who had given birth to a baby boy named Trevor in May of 2013, told MO to be quiet as she continued to sexually assault him.

The 31-year-old victim fought with Gilman and he eventually freed himself. MO told the woman to get out, but she refused and asked her victim for a cigarette. The man threw a cigarette at Gilman who finally left the apartment. MO immediately went to the Harborview Medical Center where health experts performed a sexual assault examination. The results of the DNA tests were revealed this summer, and they showed that MO was indeed raped by Gilman.

A warrant was issued for her arrest and she was charged with second-degree rape for assaulting MO who was “incapable of consenting to sexual intercourse by reason of being physically helpless.” MO told police that he did not know the accused rapist, but he did see her few times in the area using drugs.

When members of the Seattle Police Department interrogated Gilman, the woman said she had no recollection of the events that took place that night. She also confessed to being a drug and alcohol addict who is battling mental illnesses.

The mother of four who suffers from bipolar disorder wrote on fer Facebook page last month that she was 8 months pregnant, yet only three weeks sober.

Elwin Hartfield, a friend who sometimes let Gilman stay in her Seattle home, briefly spoke to the media saying that she is currently at the Eastern Washington center getting clinical help for various issues.
