The Marchesa Spring 2016 collection showed at New York Fashion Week on September 16, and it was show-stopping. Celebrities came out, as they do, for the event sitting in the front row eagerly awaiting to place dibs on their next red carpet gown. Guaranteed there were fights over who will get to wear what first from this gorgeous collection.
Olivia Holt was among some of the young celebrities sitting front row. Holt looked youthful and happy in an all white ensemble. She showed up in a white, strapless peplum top with a sweetheart neckline and embroidery. She paired the top with white skinny-leg trousers and white heels. Holt wore her soft blonde hair pulled back into a low ponytail showing off the neckline of her top. She brought in a pop of color with her peach-toned eyeshadow and red lip. She finished the look with minimal silver jewelry.
The looks from the Marchesa Spring 2016 collection included many beautiful gowns with intricate detail. The pieces from the collection had feathers, petals, bows, and corsets. We expect to see one of these gowns on a celebrity like Blake Lively once red carpet season rolls around again and we can’t wait to see how she will style it.
Other front-row celebrities included Jennifer Hudson, Julianne Hough, Bella Thorne, Alyssa Milano, Christina Hendricks, Sabrina Carpenter, and Bette Midler.
