Last year Jennifer Aniston shared an epiphany: "I woke up in the middle of the night and went, 'My life needs to be simplified,' " she told PEOPLE. The star, 43, sold the reported $38 million mansion she'd just renovated and moved into a 1,700-sq.-ft. rental with beau Justin Theroux, 40. Seems they've tired of the simple life: Recently Aniston bought an 8,500-sq.-ft. estate with a vineyard in L.A.'s Bel Air neighborhood. "It's a very exciting time for them," says a source. Is all that space a sign of things to come? "They are very much on the same page," says the source, "and feel ready for whatever the future brings."
